The automatic screwdriver assembly machine is composed of an automatic screw-feeding system and a five-dimensional automatic manipulator. It has the detection of screw slip, no screw, floating lock, etc. The screw fastening robot can complete the workload of 3-6 people at the same time with fully automatic cooperation and only needs one person to operate, which greatly improves production efficiency, screw driving robot is high universal, and only needs to change the fixture to adjust the program.
